Susan Gasparyan earned a bachelor degree in Economy, while still living in Armenia. She then moved to the United States, continued with her education & earned her business degree. She got her Real Estate license in 2004 & found her passion of making her clients happy by instilling in them the confidence that she will assist them in realizing their dreams. Susan joined JohnHart Real Estate after being referred by a friend & says she loves working as an agent at "the best brokerage". Besides English, Susan is also fluent in Armenian & Russian. Living in the Glendale area since 1999, she really knows that area & also focuses on the San Fernando Valley as well. We called to inquire about a property for sale that we walked by and within a few minutes Susan followed up with a phone call and continued to check in several times over the week and months, to see how we were doing and if we had any questions that she could help with. Throughout the process of searching she educated us about every neighborhood in LA ( we were new to the LA area). She is very personable. genuine..There is no doubt she goes the extra mile to get things done. Aside from knowledge and professionalism, what I loved about Susan is that she is very honest and importantly caring. I looked at many properties with her and she never pushed me, never pushed sales, there were even times when she herself noticed issues with the property that I wouldn't even notice myself and buy it. It wasn't all about sales for her, it was doing the right thing for her client, making them happy with their choice and building long lasting relationships for their future needs. Susan was always on top of her job. I've bought 4 homes in the past and dealt with numerous realtors. There are so many careless realtors out there that you have to ask them, bug them to show you something.
